It was her work in this field that inspired Claire to embark on doctoral training in Counselling Psychology. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, her brother, Joel Cole and sister, Ethyleen Braathun. Her evolving interest in trauma has led her to undertake more specialist training, including Internal Family Systems, Lifespan Integration and EMDR. Claire is a fully registered Chartered Counselling Psychologist with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC).
